Shipping Information :: United States Orders

Pick up at Store Option: Orders are pulled M-F 8am-3pm.  A call will be made when order is ready for pick up.  Orders will not be pulled over the weekend, you may want to call if you need it at that time. 

Standard Shipping:
In-Stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-6 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via FedEX or USPS (only if a PO Box is given). Please give a street address if possible. Larger items may have additional shipping which is stated in the description.

2nd Day Shipping:
In-Stock merchandise orders placed before Noon (Monday-Friday) will be sent 2nd Day and will be delivered in two business days. Additional cost of $8.95 for this shipping. Street address is required and larger items may have additional shipping which is stated in description.

Overnight Shipping: In-Stock merchandise orders placed before Noon (Monday-Friday) will be sent Overnight and will be delivered the next business day. Additional cost determined by weight and destinaion of package (you may call if you would like this amount). Street address required and larger items may have additional shipping which is stated in description.

Please Note: •Overnight and 2nd Day Orders placed after Noon will go out the following day unless a verbal or email confirmation has been made. •Business days do not include weekends or holidays. •Shipping time on in-stock items only, no additional shipping on backorder items. •Some larger and heavier items such as diploma frames, lamps or bean bag chairs (to name a few) will have an additional shipping charge. •Store Customer Service for order questions is available Monday-Friday 9am till 3pm eastern time. •Using your email, FedEx will send you a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. Return Policy Send Back to: McLanahan's 414 E. College Ave. State College PA 16801 Include with return: Copy of the Receipt, note with name, address, daytime phone, order number (if applicable)and a brief description of what you would like us to do. For all exchanges there is a charge of $5.95 for return shipping, enclose Credit Card info or day time # for us to get this unless a check or money order is sent. However return shipping is non-refundable.
